By purchasing an advertising package from FRSHR, the Advertiser acknowledges and agrees that they retain full ownership of all content submitted for the campaign. However, by providing advertising materials, the Advertiser grants FRSHR a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and distribute the content solely for the purposes of delivering and promoting the agreed-upon campaign, for the duration of that campaign.
